A smart CCTV system supported with AI powered video analytics is the core of this solution.
It works on the principal of audio /video/image analysis and examination at the first level by machine and second level by thoroughly trained surveillance officers.
Face Detection, Line Crossing, Object Detection, Human Presence, Camera Tampering, Loitering, Crowding, Human Postures, are some of the first level alerts which trigger the second level analysis before action is initiated.
The surveillance officer is trained to take a swift and quick action based on analysis of the image/video and audio and has multiple modes to deter the crime by audio warnings, hooter sound, smoke screen, QRT calls and local law enforcement agencies.

Each site gets connected to the cloud in an automated manner through the IRONBOX which is a pre-configured plug and play gateway device and only needs an internet connection to get connected to the cloud servers.
The CCTV system consists of smart cameras and NVR locally connected to the IRONBOX which is preloaded with certain basic video analytics to be performed locally at site.
The IRONBOX acts as a VPN router supported by dual connectivity of wired broadband and 4G SIM connectivity. It is also GPS enabled to provide you the exact location of deployment.
The IRONBOX is capable of integrating with all reputed brands of CCTV systems. It can also be used for remote viewing and management of CCTV system.

There is no physical data center and the entire backend resides on a virtual private cloud hosted with reputed datacenters following the best standards of compliances. This is accessible from anywhere across the country only on a secured VPN.
Redundancy is maintained at each level to get maximum uptime. There is a provision of DR also on cloud in a different seismic zone.
Latest secured VPN technologies are used for connectivity of a site to cloud servers.
Each customer has a different set of virtual servers preventing any sharing of data and all data remains hosted within the country to meet compliance.
The command centre for monitoring operations can be established instantly as the major part of servers required for application, database and connectivity are already hosted on the cloud.
A mobile view of the sites along with status of alerts is available for the customer for his reference.

The solution does not necessarily require any alarm panel or sensors, it is designed to perform the monitoring operation purely on video and images. Moreover any existing alarm panels can be included in the system.
In a hybrid model the system supports all traditional alarm panels which can be easily integrated into the cloud based monitoring application.
In case of emergency situations the monitoring operation can be performed from any location having a suitable computer with internet connection. The access will be provided through a secured VPN client on the PC.

Customer access via smart phone for viewing of the sites along with status of alerts. Automated reports in multiple formats available as per requirements.
